	Please use this section for simple, single product orders. Please use the "Special Instructions" field to detail more complex orders or orders that contain multiples of five or more copies. All orders attract a shipping charge of �25.00 in the UK, $37.50 to the USA, €40.00 in the European Union and �40.00 to the rest of the world. Our full shipping price tariff can be viewed here. If you are requesting an upgrade please provide your serial number, original purchase date, purchasing institution and the name under which the product was purchased. We reserve the right to request a proof of purchase such as a fax of an original purchase order from your institution or the original product invoice. CyrillicSoftware offers its upgrade pricing to users of all previous Cyrillic versions and to users of any other pedigree drawing system on presentation of proof of purchase.

	In order to protect your credit card security, CyrillicSoftware does not currently accept payment on-line for its products and services. We accept credit card payment, but request that you forward your card details to us by fax. Print this form, adding the full card number and valid from and valid to / expiry dates on the card in the "Additional Details" field below. Fax the printed order to CyrillicSoftware at [+44 (0)8702 417023]. Pre-payment is required for all overseas orders received from outside the European Union and North America. Payment can be accepted by cheque, bank credit transfer or credit card. Banking details for credit transfer will be released on receipt of a purchase order (this form).
